Dear you will have to follow these steps

Step.1- Create ur G-Mail Address using (if you don't have gmail add)
using this link

then click on gmail and create ur account ok

Step.2- Browse this site

and create 1 blog......Blog is a discussion forum...in which you can post any topic for your friends and other visitors. may b a valueable information.... may b a product marketing like mobile phones prices and any other theam you want. for better understanding see my bloggs listed below

You can use ur gmail id for blog creation...its simple ok

3- Now you will have to go for following link to make an account with Google Adsense
www.google.com/adsense
then it will ask you some information abt your site. give url (ur blog address) of your blog here....its a simple process like you create an email id....but use your gmail address here...ok.....don't create new address
4-after 2 or 3 days....they will send you approval...that google made a contract with you....ur account is start now
